Origami boxes


Tomoko Fuse cultivates probably every field of modular origami. Origami boxes are well known examples. Most of the following boxes are based on the book: Tomoko Fuse, Joyful Origami Boxes, Japan Publications Trading Company, Tokyo, 1996, ISBN 0-87040-974-3.

There are triangle, square, hexagonal, heptagonal or octagonal boxes. Some boxes have dividers inside.

I like to fold boxes with gift wraping paper printed with large color motifs.

You can fold very elegant box if you use geometric pattern paper:
